26         Gertraud: Something  has to change in the life of people, from her perspective as a nutritionist to body therapy trainin: what do people in the kitchen need to do a good job? And be content with it? It needs more trainings, coaching, facility manageement. What she learned as a nutritionist is just not enough to solve the problem and really make a difference.
