Exploring Life by investigating our own
Heidi writes
During the last 3 months the Women of WOMEN MATTERS continued to explore concepts and how they have unfolded in their own lives. It seems to be much more productive to engage in a co-creative conversation when exploring one’s own life than just reflecting on it from the limits of our personal perspectives.
More often than not the share of one person awakens a memory in one’s own life which then enables the deeper reflection and the understanding of connection and meaning which before might have been overlooked.
Every now and then we also go through exercises, led by some group member, which help to align with our intentions and to inspire us to follow our paths. (Find all previous meetings HERE)
An example is the session, where Gertraud led us into the exploration of our dreams and desires. Monia’s report about her needing to let go of some previously held obligations led to the session around the exploration what we consider our priorities in the actual period of time.
Beatrice’s statement of things happening to her, somehow like a miracle, led us to explore synchronicities in our lives, while “going to the roots” is a cherished exercise among us. Also very interesting ws the question: “Who knows me really deeply?”, to who do we open up in our lives and why don’t we open up to others in the same way?
Publishing our conversations we intend to give you, the watcher, the opportunity to get inspired and think about your own life in similar terms. Maybe you can discover some aspects which you hadn’t seen before and you might be glad to find a new puzzle piece of the miracle which is YOU.
